Brett & Andrea| Tybee Chapel Wedding

How They Met

Brett and Andrea both worked at CVS Pharmacy for two years.  They developed a friendship and later turned into a romance.  It was like a light switch turning on and both knew they belonged together.

The Proposal

It was December 13, 2015.  Andrea’s mother had come to visit before Christmas.  Andrea LOVES Christmas and of course, she already had her tree up and decorated.  Andrea and her mother had been Christmas shopping all day and when they got back home, they walked in, Andrea said,” Brett,  look at the Christmas decoration mom   bought for the apartment.  It’s so cute!”  He hesitated to answer but then said, “I bought a Christmas decoration today too.”  Andrea was in shock!  Brett never bought Christmas decorations…ever.  He proceeded to tell her that it was on the tree.  So they went over to the tree (he did so great…he even put the ornament low so he could get down on one knee.)  It was a crystal angel ornament with its hands in the praying position and on the hands was an engagement ring.

The Meet UP

Chris and Jessica first met at a college party.  They became really good friends and later began dating.  After the “7 year itch”, they tied the knot this past weekend.

The Proposal

Chris did some great strategic planning to pull the proposal off.  Requested to Jessica’s boss for her to have the day off and even getting all their friends to be present.  After walking down the Tybee pier, Chris got down on “not 1 knee but both knees” and arranged for all the friends to appear at the same time.

Justin & Sara | Jerina Mac Photography

Justin and Sara met through Justin’s father, who was Sara’s landlord.  After 3 weeks, Justin finally contacted Sara through Facebook and the following Saturday, they had their first date.

The proposal was December 23, 2014 downtown Savannah at The Marriott.  Justin knew how much Sara loves Christmas so he wanted to propose in front of the big Christmas tree but the lighting was not good.  Instead, he proposed in the gazebo.  He was so nervous and kept telling Sara’s mom to take more photos.  Sara suspected something was up because Justin does not like to take photos.  Finally, he got the courage and asked the big question.  Sara said, “Yes” and to celebrate they ended their evening with a romantic dinner at The Mansion.
