Blue skies, a nice breeze, and a bride and groom with big smiles on their faces. That’s what this wedding day for Ashley and Jesse summed up to be. If you have ever driven through Okatie, South Carolina, you should take the time to drive across the water to Callawassie Club. When I arrived at this venue, it was crystal clear why Ashley and Jesse wanted to get married there. So many friends and family from near and far drove and flew in to celebrate with this soldier and his bride.
Enjoy their love story.
After four years of long distance dating, Morgan and Cody had no doubts they were perfect for each other and that their love would last a life time. While on a trip to Washington, D.C. of March 2014, Cody and Morgan planned a fun date night. After dinner, Cody suggested that they check out the national monuments while they were lit up at night. After strolling along the national mall, they came upon the Lincoln Memorial. They enjoyed the sights and ventured behind the monument where it was quiet, with a beautiful view of the river and city. It was there that Cody got down on one knee and asked Morgan to marry him.
This Tennessee couple chose Savannah, Georgia as their wedding destination location because it is known as one of the most romantic cities in the United States and is known worldwide as the “hostess city of the south”.
Enjoy their romantic wedding day!
